1. About this policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you can and cannot do on Bundle. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Keep it simple: be honest, list things you own and are allowed to sell, treat people with respect, and don't try to work around the Platform's fees or protections.
2. Who this applies to
Everyone who uses Bundle — buyers, sellers, browsers, and anyone interacting with the Platform.
3. How to behave on Bundle
You must:
- Be honest in your listings, messages, and identity verification information.
- Treat other users and Bundle staff with respect. No harassment, abuse, threats, or intimidation.
- Comply with anti-discrimination law. No discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, age, disability, sexuality, gender identity, marital status, or any other protected attribute under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW) or other applicable law.
- Stick to the platform. Communicate, lodge deposits, and complete payments through Bundle. Don't move conversations off-platform before a deposit is lodged.
- Don't try to dodge the service fee. Soliciting or accepting off-platform payment to avoid Bundle's service fee is a breach of these Terms.
- Don't impersonate others. Use your real identity. Don't create multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
- Don't game the Platform. No bots, scrapers, fake listings, fake reviews, or manipulation of matching or pricing.
4. Listing accuracy
If you list items on Bundle, your listing must:
- Use photos of the actual items you are selling, taken recently
- Describe condition honestly, including any material defects (chips, stains, broken parts, smells, missing components)
- State item dimensions and material accurately where relevant
- State the collection address suburb (the precise address is revealed only after a deposit is confirmed)
- State the move-out date accurately
Listings that materially misrepresent items will be removed. Repeat offenders will be removed from the Platform.
5. Prohibited items
You must not list any of the following on Bundle:
Goods you don't own outright
- Goods rented, leased, financed without clear title, or subject to a security interest you have not disclosed
- Stolen goods or goods of doubtful provenance
- Goods belonging to a former housemate or landlord without their written permission
Goods subject to safety or recall concerns
- Items subject to an active product safety recall — check the ACCC Product Safety register at productsafety.gov.au before listing
- Children's cots, prams, car seats, or carriers older than the current Australian Standard
- Damaged or faulty electrical items, including white goods with known electrical faults
Items requiring a licence to sell
- Firearms, ammunition, and weapons
- Fireworks, explosives, flares
- Prescription medicines, medical devices regulated by the TGA
- Tobacco, vapes, e-cigarettes, and related products
- Alcohol (sale of alcohol requires a licence under the Liquor Act 2007 (NSW))
Counterfeit, replica or misrepresented goods
- Counterfeit branded items
- Replicas presented as originals
Living things
- Animals, plants, or any living organism
Hazardous materials
- Asbestos-containing items
- Items containing mercury or other regulated hazardous substances
- Flammable, corrosive, or toxic chemicals
- Used mattresses or upholstered items with active bed bug, mould, or other pest infestation
Items you can't safely make available
- Anything requiring disassembly the Seller is unable to perform safely (e.g. complex built-in joinery, items fixed to the structure of a building)
- Items too large to be moved through the property's standard access (without disclosure of this constraint in the listing)
Anything illegal
- Anything whose sale, possession or supply is prohibited under New South Wales or Commonwealth law

6. Listings that aren't permitted
Beyond the items themselves, the following listings are not permitted:
- Listings advertising services rather than goods (e.g. removalist services, cleaning services)
- Listings that solicit off-platform contact or payment
- Listings that include personal advertising, political messaging, or content unrelated to the items
- Listings that contain misleading pricing (e.g. inflated RRP comparisons unsupported by evidence)
7. Reporting violations
If you see a listing or behaviour that breaches this policy, please report it:
- In-platform: use the "Report" button on the listing or user profile
- Email: hello@letsbundle.online with the subject line "AUP report"
Reports are confidential and reviewed within 2 business days. We may need to contact you for more information.
8. Consequences of breach
Depending on the nature of the breach, we may:
- Warn — for minor or first-time breaches
- Remove the listing — for AUP breaches in a listing
- Suspend the account — for serious breaches or repeated minor breaches
- Terminate the account — for material misrepresentation, fraud, harassment, prohibited items, or repeat suspended accounts
- Forfeit funds held by Stripe to other affected users, in accordance with our Refund & Dispute Policy
- Refer to law enforcement or regulators where appropriate
Termination decisions are made at Bundle's discretion. We will tell you the reason. You may appeal a termination by emailing hello@letsbundle.online within 14 days; appeals are reviewed by someone other than the original decision-maker.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before they take effect.
