Acceptable Use Policy

1. About this policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you can and cannot do on Bundle. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Keep it simple: be honest, list things you own and are allowed to sell, treat people with respect, and don't try to work around the Platform's fees or protections.

Everyone who uses Bundle — buyers, sellers, browsers, and anyone interacting with the Platform.

If you list items on Bundle, your listing must:

Listings that materially misrepresent items will be removed. Repeat offenders will be removed from the Platform.

You must not list any of the following on Bundle:

Goods you don't own outright

Goods subject to safety or recall concerns

Items requiring a licence to sell

Counterfeit, replica or misrepresented goods

Living things

Hazardous materials

Items you can't safely make available

Anything illegal

Reports are confidential and reviewed within 2 business days. We may need to contact you for more information.

8. Consequences of breach

Depending on the nature of the breach, we may:

Termination decisions are made at Bundle's discretion. We will tell you the reason. You may appeal a termination by emailing hello@letsbundle.online within 14 days; appeals are reviewed by someone other than the original decision-maker.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before they take effect.
